Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Motor Insurance

This role is focused on leading and expanding an agency channel for motor insurance sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a network of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide coaching and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agency channel.
