Quality Assurance Manager

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and process improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of QA professionals, develop and execute test plans, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and test strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Perform regression testing and ensure software stability.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
