Agency Development Manager

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance advisors, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent financial solutions to clients. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating advisors to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding new insurance advisors.
Providing ongoing training and development to advisors on products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring advisor performance and providing coaching to improve sales results.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisors.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identifying and implementing strategies to grow the agency network.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
