ServiceNow Technical Lead

This role involves leading and guiding a team in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
Design and develop ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring a team.
Experience with ITIL processes.
