Enterprise Solution Advisor

This role involves providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing enterprise solutions. The Enterprise Solution Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support during implementation.
Develop and deliver training programs for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with client relationship management.
