Project Manager

This role involves leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project challenges.
Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage and motivate project teams.
Close out projects and conduct post-project reviews.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in project management.
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools.
