CRM Salesforce Lead

This role involves leading and managing the Salesforce implementation and ongoing support for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation.
Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve Salesforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
Proven ability to lead and manage Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce integrations is a plus.
