Proposal Specialist

This role involves developing and managing proposals for a variety of projects, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with client needs. The Proposal Specialist will work closely with internal teams to gather information, create content, and finalize proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write high-quality proposal content, including technical solutions, pricing, and project schedules.
Manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely submission and adherence to client requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Coordinate with graphics and design teams to create visually appealing proposals.
Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in proposal writing and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
