Appian Developer

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications to meet business requirements. The Appian Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective and efficient solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Appian applications using BPMN, DMN, and CTI.
Design and implement data models and integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Perform unit testing and debugging of Appian applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Contribute to the development of Appian best practices and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Appian Developer.
Strong understanding of Appian platform and its capabilities.
Experience with BPMN, DMN, and CTI.
Proficiency in data modeling and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
