Admission Counsellor

This role involves guiding prospective students through the educational program selection process and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing information about courses, assisting with application procedures, and fostering a positive relationship with potential students.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on program options and career paths.
Assist students with the application process and required documentation.
Conduct information sessions and presentations to promote educational programs.
Maintain accurate student records and track application progress.
Follow up with prospective students to answer questions and address concerns.
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall student acquisition.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Experience in sales, customer service, or education is a plus.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
