Business Development Lead - Engineering (BIM)

This role focuses on driving business growth within the engineering sector, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and securing new client opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company's engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and BIM space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand service offerings and client needs.
Contribute to the development of business development strategies and marketing initiatives.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and applications.
Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in consulting services is a plus.
