Fullstack Engineering Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in guiding the development and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of fullstack engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in fullstack development.
Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
Experience with React.
Solid understanding of database design and management.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
