Manager - Information Systems

This role focuses on leading and managing information systems initiatives within a dynamic and innovative organization. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery and support of IT solutions aligned with business objectives, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Oversee the planning, design, development, and implementation of information systems projects.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of existing IT infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor and manage IT budgets and resources.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Significant experience in information systems management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with various IT technologies and platforms.
