Amazon Connect Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions leveraging Amazon Connect, a cloud-based contact center service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center technologies and experience integrating them with other systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR designs.
Integrate Amazon Connect with various backend systems and APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect functionality.
Design and implement reporting and analytics dashboards for contact center performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Connect and its related services.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
