Senior DFT Engineer

This role focuses on the design and verification of Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions for integrated circuits. The Senior DFT Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT methodologies to ensure high test coverage and efficient fault diagnosis during manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement DFT strategies for complex digital designs.
Design and verify Scan, Built-In Self-Test (BIST), and Boundary Scan architectures.
Create and execute test patterns for fault simulation and analysis.
Collaborate with design and verification teams to integrate DFT into the design flow.
Debug and resolve DFT-related issues during silicon validation.
Develop and maintain DFT documentation and training materials.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8 to 12 years of experience in DFT design and verification.
Strong understanding of digital design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in DFT tools and techniques.
Experience with industry-standard DFT flows and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
