SAP CS Consultant E2E Implementation

This role involves providing expert consulting services for the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) solutions. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire implementation process, from initial planning and design to configuration, testing, and go-live support, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze client business requirements related to customer service processes.
Design and configure SAP CS solutions to meet identified requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CS processes and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during implementation and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Document all configuration and customization details.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in SAP CS implementation projects.
Strong understanding of SAP CS modules and functionalities.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
