Training Specialist Sr Data Scientist

This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of data science professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data science principles and methodologies, coupled with excellent instructional design and delivery skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the data science team.
Design and implement effective learning strategies to improve data science capabilities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and training.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
