Manager - Technical Services - End User Services

This role focuses on leading and managing technical support services for end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient operational environment. The manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of technical professionals, resolving complex issues, and implementing strategies to enhance user satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of technical support specialists.
