Investor Services Specialist

This role supports the investor services team, providing essential operational support and ensuring the smooth execution of fund administration processes. The Investor Services Specialist will be responsible for a range of tasks, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of client services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily operational tasks related to investor servicing.
Process investor transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the preparation of investor reports and statements.
Respond to investor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support the team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 8 years of relevant experience in investor services or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
