Head - PED Lead HR Services

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team providing Human Resources services, with a focus on Personnel, Employee Development, and related functions. The position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in HR operations and a proven ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness within a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
Oversee the delivery of HR services, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in service delivery and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
