Senior Manager - FAAS Technical Accounting

The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing technical accounting expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the organization's financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical accounting guidance and support to various departments.
Research and interpret complex accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stay abreast of current accounting trends and developments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
7 to 12 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
