This role offers an immediate opportunity to join a dynamic team in a peer-to-peer (P2P) support environment. The position involves providing support during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and addressing critical issues as they arise. This is a work-from-office (WFO) position requiring immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing timely and accurate support for peer-to-peer processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to P2P operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with P2P processes is a plus.
