Associate Partner Agency Sales

This role focuses on building and managing a network of insurance agents to distribute life insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding qualified insurance agents.
Providing ongoing training and coaching to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Monitoring agent performance and providing feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
Ensuring agents adhere to ethical sales practices and company policies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and the financial services industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
