Technical Lead

This role involves leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
Design and implement robust and scalable data pipelines.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

14-15 years of experience in software development.
Strong experience with Snowflake and dbt.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
