Floor Manager

This role involves overseeing daily operations within a pharmacy setting, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Floor Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and training.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain pharmacy equipment and facilities.
Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures.
Oversee the security of medications and controlled substances.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosages, and interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
