Telecalling

This role involves engaging with potential customers through phone calls to promote products or services and provide information. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Providing product/service information and resolving customer concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieving daily/weekly call volume and performance targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
