Business Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing business needs and translating them into effective solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed specifications for new systems or enhancements.

Create and maintain process documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

7 to 12 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with requirements gathering techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in documentation tools.
