Relationship Manager - Business Banking - Working Capital

This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of business banking clients, focusing on providing working capital solutions. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored financial products and services to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate working capital solutions.
Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 8 years of experience in business banking or a related field.
Strong understanding of working capital products and services.
