Shift Incharge

This role involves overseeing operations and ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating team activities during shifts.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
Maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
Communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in a similar role (4 to 7 years preferred).
