Store In-Charge

This role is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of a retail store. The Store In-Charge will oversee all aspects of the store, including inventory management, customer service, staff supervision, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervising and training store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Maintaining inventory levels and minimizing stock loss.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
