Recruiter on Contract - Tech Hiring

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top tech talent to support our client's growing needs. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with contract recruitment.
