Identity and Access Management Engineer

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of organizational systems and data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, and will be responsible for safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
Manage and maintain IAM systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and security.
Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of IAM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in identity and access management.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
Experience with various IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA).
Knowledge of security protocols and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
