DFT Engineer

This role focuses on the design and verification of digital integrated circuits, ensuring their testability and reliability. The DFT Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, creating test patterns, and analyzing test results to identify and resolve design flaws.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies for digital ICs.
Create and simulate test patterns for various DFT techniques, including scan, built-in self-test (BIST), and boundary scan.
Analyze test results and identify design flaws or manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure testability throughout the design process.
Develop and maintain DFT documentation, including test plans, test reports, and design specifications.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience in DFT methodologies and techniques.
Proficiency in digital logic design and verification.
Familiarity with industry-standard DFT tools and simulators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
