Parent Partnership Officer

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships between the school and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment for students. The Parent Partnership Officer will serve as a key liaison, facilitating communication and addressing parental concerns to enhance student success and overall school community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain open communication channels with parents.
Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings and workshops.
Address and resolve parental concerns and grievances effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance parental involvement in school activities.
Collaborate with school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Promote a strong sense of community among parents and the school.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Empathy and a genuine desire to support students and families.
Experience in organizing and facilitating events.
