IT Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various IT positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record of successfully filling open roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
