HSE SO Manager

This role focuses on ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance within operational activities. The HSE SO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Provide HSE training to employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.
Manage and maintain safety equipment and resources.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in HSE management.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits.
Experience in developing and delivering HSE training.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
