Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant

This role involves providing expert functional consulting services for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Payroll modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll solutions to meet client business requirements, ensuring efficient and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll modules to align with client-specific needs.
Implement and test new functionality and enhancements within the HRMS Payroll system.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRMS Payroll issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to HRMS Payroll configurations and processes.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Ensure data integrity and security within the HRMS Payroll system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (8-13 years) in Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll functional consulting.
Strong understanding of HRMS Payroll business processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll modules.
Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
