Head Ecommerce

This role is responsible for leading and executing the company's ecommerce strategy, driving online sales growth, and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in building and scaling online businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize the company's online store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on strategy, operations, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of online business models, consumer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
