Security Lead

This role involves leading and managing security initiatives within a dynamic and evolving technological landscape. The Security Lead will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems and data, while collaborating with various teams to implement robust security controls and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Design, implement, and maintain security systems and tools.
Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate security into all aspects of operations.
Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on leadership and management.
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
Experience with risk management frameworks and security compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security.
