Senior Executive - Payroll Compliance

This role is focused on ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while providing expert guidance on payroll-related matters. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and providing support to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and file payroll tax returns and reports.
Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Reconcile payroll data and ensure accuracy of payroll records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in payroll processing and compliance.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with managing payroll for a diverse workforce.
