Operations Manager - Domestic Voice Process

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of a domestic voice process team. The Operations Manager will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to established performance metrics. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of voice process professionals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a voice process environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
