Automation Lead

This role focuses on leading and executing automation strategies to ensure the quality and efficiency of software development processes. The Automation Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, as well as mentoring and guiding a team of automation engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation frameworks and strategies.
Design, develop, and execute automated test cases.
Identify and resolve defects in software applications.
Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Continuously improve automation processes and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software testing and automation.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience leading and mentoring a team.
