Analyst Specialist - Business Development - Consumer Lending

This role focuses on supporting the business development efforts within the consumer lending division. The Analyst Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance the lending portfolio and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas.
Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights related to consumer lending.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing lending products and services.
Assist in the development of new lending products and services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration).
1 to 9 years of experience in business development, financial analysis, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of consumer lending principles and practices is a plus.
