PE Fresher Mapping Role

This role focuses on mapping and onboarding fresh graduates into various projects within the organization. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their respective teams and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Mapping fresh graduates to suitable project roles.
Facilitating onboarding processes and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources.
Collaborating with project managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Providing support and guidance to new hires during their initial period.
Maintaining accurate records of graduate placements and onboarding progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
