Production Support Application Support

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for production applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Assist in the deployment of new releases and updates.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in production support or application support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with incident management processes.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
