Assistant Manager - Last Mile

This role focuses on optimizing and managing the last-mile delivery operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing strategies to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate last-mile delivery operations.
Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
Monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and maintain delivery tracking systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with delivery management software is a plus.
