Senior Executive - Debt Management Services

This role focuses on managing and resolving debt-related issues for consumer portfolios. The Senior Executive will be responsible for implementing strategies to recover outstanding debts while maintaining a positive customer experience and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts.
Contact debtors via various channels to negotiate payment arrangements.
Investigate and resolve complex debt-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
Identify and escalate potential fraud or legal issues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve debt recovery targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in debt management or collections.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
Experience with debt management software is a plus.
