Consultant - Business Valuations

This role involves providing expert business valuation services to a diverse range of clients. The consultant will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses, developing valuation models, and preparing comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting financial statement analysis and forecasting.
Developing and applying appropriate valuation methodologies.
Preparing valuation reports and presentations.
Assisting with due diligence processes.
Providing support to senior team members on complex valuation engagements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in business valuation or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
