Production Support Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of production systems. The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and proactively identifying areas for improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and availability.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, escalating as needed.
Perform root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
Develop and maintain documentation for production support processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in a production support or operations role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
