ServiceNow Support Lead

This role involves leading and managing a team responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance for ServiceNow platforms. The Support Lead will ensure the stability, performance, and security of ServiceNow environments, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow support specialists.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents, problems, and service requests.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Collaborate with development and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Monitor ServiceNow system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation and training materials.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching activities.
Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Support Lead or similar role.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality.
Experience with ServiceNow ITIL modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
